Is the saver compatible with both digital and analogue servos?

Yes, compatibility depends on the servo output spline. If your servo uses a 25T spline, the saver will fit regardless of electronics type.

Will this change steering feel?

It can soften sudden impacts to the servo, making steering feel more controlled under load while keeping direct input for normal operation.

Do I need special tools to fit it?

Basic hand tools are sufficient. Use an appropriate hex driver for the stainless screws and a small spanner for the lock nut if required.
