Overview of the front body post upgrade

This aluminium front body post mount is a direct-fit accessory for the TRAXXAS Telluride 4x4 chassis and replaces the stock plastic post and retainer. The machined metal interface keeps the body seated more consistently during cornering and rough terrain.

The component is primarily mechanical, securing the scale body to the chassis while providing a stable pivot for body movement. The added rigidity makes small, repeatable adjustments to body height and alignment easier when tuning. It is intended for model use only and not for any real vehicle applications.

Fitting is straightforward for hobbyists. Remove the original plastic post hardware, position the aluminium mount on the factory holes, and secure with the supplied or matching hex screws. Confirm body clearance at full suspension travel and adjust body posts or shocks incrementally to dial in ride height and fit.

Use this mount to secure the shell more firmly and to achieve finer control over body height and alignment on Telluride 4x4 rigs.
