High-strength graphite bumper

The Yokomo MD-0012 serves as a graphite front bumper plate for the MDR family chassis shown below. It replaces the original plate while retaining the same mounting pattern and fitment for straightforward swap-in installation.

Designed for tuners who prioritise component durability, the plate brings graphite's structural traits to the front assembly without changing suspension geometry or mounting layout.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Graphite tends to resist deformation better than softer plastics, so you may see less long-term sag or flex in the front bumper area under steady use.
The plate is specified as graphite material to alter stiffness characteristics; this provides a different feel compared with standard plastic plates used on some stock setups.
No special fasteners are normally required. The MD-0012 uses the same mounting points as the original plate so existing hardware should fit for direct replacement.
Because graphite has different fracture and flex characteristics to plastic, impact behavior can change. Some users accept a firmer response at the cost of lower energy absorption in heavy impacts.
