This GT1-22M unit is an RC-scale bumper and body mount seesaw made for the Yokomo GT1-01 family of touring car chassis. It provides a compact interface between the body shell and bumper mounts, offering a controlled pivot that mitigates small impacts while keeping the body aligned for consistent handling.

Fitting is uncomplicated for those used to GT1-01 servicing: the seesaw replaces the standard bumper mount and uses the chassis' existing fixing points, so changes are reversible. After installation, recheck body ride height and wheel clearance and make small tweaks to prevent contact with steering parts.

In setup work the component helps to steady body motion and lets you tune how the shell reacts to chassis movements. Swapping in softer or firmer bushings at the seesaw changes load transfer characteristics, which can help you dial in mid-corner balance versus straight-line composure.
