Roof Edge Skid Rail for H10 Optic

This aftermarket roof skid rail is a scale accessory for the VANQUISH H10 Optic chassis, supplied as part number H10015TOP by GPM. Fabricated from 7075-T6 aluminum, the rail fastens to the body crown to shield the shell lip and give a defined contact surface when the model encounters obstacles.

Components arrive with the rails largely pre-assembled to reduce fitting time. The package contains grade 12.9 black cap head screws (3x14) for mounting to current body posts or anchor points. We recommend using a medium-strength screw adhesive to maintain clamp under vibration without preventing future service.

During setup the rail provides two useful functions: protecting the upper body edge from repeated scuffs and creating a predictable wear band that makes post-run alignment checks faster. The 7075-T6 alloy keeps mass low while offering better resistance to bending than common molded parts.

Fit the supplied grade 12.9 screws and apply a medium-strength screw glue where required; confirm body post alignment before final torque to maintain proper fit with H10 Optic tolerances.
