20th Anniversary Front Stay Overview

The Tamiya 95253 HG Carbon Front Stay is a 1.5mm carbon plate created to mark two decades of the Fully Cowled Mini 4WD series while improving chassis response. Multiple attachment points let you mount 9mm, 13mm or 19mm rollers so you can tweak handling for different track layouts. It is compatible with Mini 4WD and Mini 4WD PRO platforms, though a few non-fully cowled body shells may require minor trimming to clear the stay.

How does the carbon stay affect handling?

The stiffer carbon reduces flex at the front, which stabilises roller mounts and can improve turn-in and consistency across laps.

Which roller sizes are supported?

You can fit 9mm, 13mm or 19mm rollers using the various mounting holes built into the stay to suit your chosen setup.
