Carbon shaft for SRB tail drives

This aftermarket carbon tail drive shaft is intended for RC-scale SRB series helicopter tail systems. Acting as the rotating link between the main tail output and the tail rotor gearbox, it offers a lighter, stiffer alternative to reduce torsional deflection when under load.

Installation notes: prior to fitting, inspect the tail boom and support bearings for wear, verify spline engagement and straightness, and ensure the shaft runs true through the boom. Secure retaining hardware to the manufacturer's torque recommendations and carry out a brief hover to reconfirm alignment. This description refers to model-level RC use only.
