Static balance checker for helicopter blades

This Hirobo XRB blade balancer is an RC-scale tool designed to assess and improve static balance of helicopter rotor blades. It highlights heavy or light areas along the blade span so operators can make subtle trimming or weighting changes to lower vibration and enhance stability in hover and slow-speed manoeuvres.

The device is a basic bench aid used in routine maintenance: place the blade on the spindle and allow free rotation until it settles. By observing which side rests low and carefully adding counterweights or removing material, users can bring blades into neutral. The balancer is for diagnosis and tuning only and does not alter the blade shape.
