F-84E Thunderjet 1:32 static model by Hobby Boss

This 1:32 scale static plastic kit portrays the F-84E Thunderjet as a showpiece model, with attention to external surface detail and an accurately modelled cockpit aimed at experienced scale modellers.

The Republic Aviation F-84E Thunderjet was an early post-war single-seat turbojet fighter-bomber developed for the United States Air Force. First flown in 1946, the E variant introduced improvements in structure and systems that enhanced operational range and payload capability; the type served during the Korean War era and remained in allied inventories through the 1950s.

Kit content is described according to the manufacturer's release. The assembly features separately moulded left and right fuselage halves with fine panel lines. Cockpit and landing gear bays are modelled with concentrated internal detail. Newly tooled wings recreate the correct planform and accept optional flap positions. Alternative landing gear struts are included in a different material, and a single photo-etched fret supplies a fine detail part for seat belts. Two period paint schemes are provided as marking options. Exact part counts, sprue layout, and dimensions follow below.

Yes. The instruction sheet offers decals for two historically referenced F-84E schemes and guides placement for each marking option.
Cockpit and bay assemblies are modelled with focused internal detail; fine finishing and painting will enhance the instrument panels and seat belts supplied by the photo-etched part.
For increased realism, some modellers add additional photo-etched or resin upgrades, though the kit's single fret covers essential fine seat belt detail out of the box.
