This aluminium belt post is supplied as an accessory for Hot Bodies Cyclone Sport and Racing versions. The anodized purple surface provides corrosion resistance while serving as the guide and tension point for the Cyclone belt-drive system.
Install at the chassis belt-post location using the original screw and mounting hole. Ensure the belt tracks true and do not over-tighten the fixing to avoid thread damage. The component is a routing and tensioning aid and does not modify suspension or drivetrain geometry.
Keep the post and its surrounding belt route free from grit and check the mounting threads during routine setup sessions. Regular inspections will keep belt tension consistent between runs.
