Precision Delrin spacers for BJ056

This aftermarket kit supplies eight Delrin collars tailored to the HPI Racing BAJA BJ056 chassis for RC-scale applications only. Each piece serves as a spacer and locator on suspension and driveline components, helping retain shaft alignment and limit unwanted lateral movement during setup and running.

Delrin was chosen for low friction and resistance to wear where parts contact. The material helps reduce binding against metal shafts and keeps assemblies running smoothly when adjusting drivetrain geometry or setting bearing preload during maintenance.

To fit, slide the collar onto the shaft to check axial position and fit, then secure surrounding fasteners in line with the chassis manual. Assembly tolerances differ between areas, so confirm clearance with adjacent moving parts before final assembly and testing. Kit includes 8 pcs to cover multiple points and spares for tuning sessions.
