160mm aluminium L-shape shock mount for SAVAGE XL FLUX

This aluminium L-shape adjustable damper fits front or rear positions on HPI Racing SAVAGE XL FLUX trucks. It replaces plastic L-shape mountings with a machined metal alternative to improve consistency in damping and reduce wear under repeated off-road use.

The damper takes standard shock fixings and offers adjustable mounting positions to change ride height and stroke behaviour. Installation includes removing the stock L-shape pieces, refitting the new aluminium set to the shock tower and lower mount, and using the supplied screws and collars or your existing hardware where compatible.

Tuning purpose: the assembly is intended as an aftermarket hop-up to let you incrementally change preload and mounting offset, helping refine handling and suspension compliance on uneven terrain. Use as a direct replacement for scale RC duty.
