Scale Fin Heatsink for Savage Engines

This fin heatsink is a scale accessory intended for HPI Savage 21, Savage 25 and Savage X 13 models, sold as the 3Racing HSA-027/BL part. It mounts over the nitro engine head to increase exposed metal area so heat can dissipate more effectively during high-load or prolonged runs.

Installation is straightforward on heads that accept accessory sinks; use original head screws where applicable and check that the heatsink makes even contact across the head to prevent hotspots. Typical toolkit items like hex drivers and small spanners are sufficient.

Use the heatsink as a passive cooling solution rather than a performance tune: it will not change fuel or carburettor settings but can lower peak cylinder head temperature. Regularly clear debris from between the fins and re-check fasteners after initial testing.
