Fluorescent slipper pad for Savage series

This is an RC-scale slipper clutch pad intended as a replacement item for HPI Savage and related models. The pad features a fluorescent compound to speed up visual inspection during maintenance and setup, and is supplied as 1 pcs.

Functionally the pad fits between the slipper hub and clutch faces to influence slip characteristics. It is used within the slipper assembly to change engagement feel and to help with fine tuning of nut preload and spring selection. Treat it as an RC model component and check fitment against your current hub and assembly prior to final fitment.

Installation notes: remove the slipper from the gearbox or clutch housing, swap the worn pad for the replacement, ensure proper seating and alignment, then reassemble and verify engagement at low throttle. Inspect hub faces and springs while replacing the pad.
