P180 sanding drum crafted for tyre truing

This HUDY 102592 sanding drum is built for RC tyre truer setups to tidy tyre surfaces and bevel the edges. The P180 grain delivers a fine abrasive action that reduces casting marks and levels bead profiles with minimal material removal.

Fitting is simple: place the drum on the truer's sanding mandrel or drum holder, ensure it runs true at low to medium RPM, and use light, controlled passes to avoid heating the tyre compound. Its purpose is surface prep and edge blending to support consistent patch shape and handling balance.

Information here applies solely to RC tyre use and excludes full-scale vehicle applications.
