The HUDY 108170 Off-Road Car Stand is built to give clear access to your 1/8 scale vehicle while you tune, service or inspect components. It keeps the car level so you can work precisely on shocks, drivetrain and suspension.

Robust Finish for Regular Use

Black powder coating shields the metal from scuffs and grime from frequent workshops or outdoor use. The low-profile shape is easy to slot into a trailer or the back of a vehicle when heading to a meet.

Secure Mounting Without Marks

Top foam strips cradle the chassis while rubber feet stop the stand wandering on benches or tarpaulins. The design balances grip with protection to keep aluminium and composite parts safe.

Practical Shock Holders and Labels

Pre-drilled holes provide quick staging for shocks and small parts during strip-downs. Laser-cut FL, FR, RL, RR labels make it simple to track each shock and reduce reassembly errors.

Is the stand stable on uneven ground?

The rubber footpads add grip on packed earth or concrete, but for very soft or uneven surfaces use a solid platform underneath for best stability.

Will the foam strips mark painted chassis?

The foam is non-abrasive and designed to avoid scuffs on common finishes, though heavily worn or dirty foam should be cleaned or replaced to protect paintwork.

Can heavier electronics be left on the car while on the stand?

Yes, standard on-car electronics and batteries are fine while you work, but ensure wiring or mounted items are secure before moving the car on or off the stand.
