The HUDY 108202 Flat Set-Up Board provides a dependable, warp-resistant platform for 1/8 scale off-road buggies and truggies. Use it as the baseline for measuring ride height, camber and toe during setup sessions.

Durable Core with Smooth Coating

This board features a specially pressed wooden core for uniform thickness and anti-warp properties. A pressure-bonded plastic overlay creates a flat, low-friction surface that is simple to maintain between sessions.

Generous Dimensions and Protected Edges

Measuring 455 mm x 570 mm, the board leaves room for both the vehicle and setup jig parts. The perimeter is finished with a reinforced plastic edge to guard against chipping from routine handling.

How do I check for flatness before using it?

Place a straight edge across the surface and look for gaps; the pressed core and bonded coating are designed to minimise any deviation.

Mild household cleaners are fine, but avoid strong solvents and abrasive pads which could compromise the plastic finish.
