The HUDY 182015 is a compact service tool aimed at serious RC hobbyists who work on 1/8 scale buggies and truggies. Manufactured from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, it gives a lightweight yet robust solution for flywheel and wheel nut maintenance.
The tool's flywheel end engages 2, 3 or 4-pin flywheels commonly used on nitro engines, allowing you to lock the flywheel and safely remove or install the flywheel nut. Its fit prioritises stability during torqueing.
On the reverse side, it functions as a 17mm wheel nut wrench designed for 1/8 scale off-road wheels. The profile helps deliver leverage so wheel nuts can be tightened or loosened without slipping.
HUDY 182015 includes a hole through the handle to accept a hex key, enabling you to hold the axle while setting the axle pin screw. This small feature aids repeatable, accurate adjustments during rebuilds or trackside repairs.
