The HUDY 203050 O-Ring is a 50x4 replacement designed to restore sealing on HUDY Air Vac Vacuum Pumps. It is specified for use with models #104002 and #104004 to ensure a snug fit and reliable vacuum.

What the O-Ring Does

This O-ring maintains the airtight interface inside the pump so it can achieve consistent suction. A good seal is essential whether you are preparing tyres, holding parts for assembly, or running shop fixtures.

Fitting Advice for Field Use

  • Remove old rubber and wipe the sealing surface clean before installing the new O-ring.
  • A tiny amount of silicone grease helps the ring seat and reduces wear during operation.
  • Check that the ring sits flush and is not twisted to avoid leaks.
