Tune Weight Distribution Using HUDY Tungsten

The HUDY 293085 Pure Tungsten Weight gives hobbyists a compact way to fine-tune balance. At 10g and crafted from pure tungsten, it offers maximum mass in a minimal package so you can place weight where it improves handling most.

Low Profile for Clean Installations

Compared to brass options, this tungsten disc is smaller and tidier to mount. Its round shape secures under an M3 screw to reduce the chance of shifting during aggressive runs, and its limited contact area helps preserve chassis flex characteristics.

Why Tungsten Works Well

Because tungsten is very dense, you get more weight per volume which helps drop the centre of gravity without bulky pieces. Each weight is marked with its value to speed up setup swaps between practice and qualifying.

Available Mass Options

Choose from several masses including 5g, 10g, 15g and 20g so you can tailor front to rear balance for the track or surface you are running on.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some HUDY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 8-12 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It will fit if the brace accepts an M3 fastener and has at least 15mm clearance; check for any interfering components before final placement.
By lowering the centre of gravity it can improve mechanical grip in corners, but overall traction change depends on placement relative to the drive wheels.
Stacking is possible if your chassis layout and screw lengths allow it, but ensure stacked assemblies are secure and do not interfere with moving parts.
