Dial in sharper steering feel

This HUDY Aluminium Adjustable Clamp Steering Servo Horn is aimed at racers and club drivers who want a firmer connection between servo and linkage. It accepts FUTABA and SAVOX 25T splines and is made to hold alignment under repeated inputs.

Why choose aluminium over plastic

Aluminium provides a stiffer interface that cuts down on deflection under load. That means your steering corrections are more immediate and consistent, which is useful whether you are practising laps or racing.

Mounting tips and compatibility checks

Align the horn to the servo splines, then tighten the clamp evenly to avoid eccentric loading. Double check the spline count on your FUTABA or SAVOX unit before installation to ensure a secure fit.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some HUDY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 8-12 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Generally no extra parts are required beyond the clamp screws included with the horn, but check your servo cover and surrounding linkages for clearance.
The horn itself does not alter servo centring; it preserves the spline engagement. Steering throw depends on horn radius and servo endpoints.
Occasionally check the clamp screws and spline engagement after a few runs, especially after hard impacts, to keep the connection secure.
Surface finishes can be modified but any coating must be thin and even to avoid changing fit on the servo splines or interfering with clamp action.
