The Italeri 1302S 1/72 scale Sunderland Mk.I kit reproduces the famous Short Sunderland seaplane used by Coastal Command for long-range patrols. The moulded components reflect the aircrafts distinctive hull and wing configuration along with the four Bristol Pegasus radial engines.

Coming into service from 1938, the Sunderland Mk.I excelled at anti-submarine patrols, often deploying depth charges against enemy submarines. This Italeri kit aims to provide accurate external lines and surface detail for an authentic display model once assembled and painted.
