The Italeri 15763 kit is a compact 1/56 scale recreation of the Soviet KV-1 heavy tank and the related KV-2 variant, aimed at hobby modellers who value historical detail. The KV-1 variants such as KV-1B and KV-1C are presented with cast-style turrets and the ZIG-5 76 mm gun upgrades, reflecting wartime modifications. The KV-2 keeps the same running gear but carries a very large turret for the 152 mm howitzer.
