During World War II the German Army must fight frequently fortified functions or metropolitan safety facilities. As a consequence of tactical description - the troops are in brief distance towards the enemy lines - artillery and environment assistance could not be involved. This resulted in the development of “Sturm” - kinds of the “Tiger” hefty tank (Italeri N. 6471). On heavy-duty chassis the efficient and unique 38 cm mortar was at fact make, which had a fast range but enormous fire energy. Just few items through the Sturmtiger was in fact built and had been certainly mainly used in 1944 in Western Front.
