KC10 lateral axle locating

Kyosho's AL Panhard mount set CLW006 supplies a matched upper and lower machined aluminum mount for the KC10 chassis, delivered as 1pc each. The aluminium construction offers a more rigid axle reference compared with the stock plastic pieces.

The panhard mount defines lateral axle position and influences suspension geometry; fitting stiffer metal mounts can limit undesired side-to-side axle movement and assist with consistent lap-to-lap behaviour during setup trials. This product is for KC10 platform modelling and setup use only.

Installation notes: check orientation and clearance before final assembly, retain the KC10 mounting points and original fasteners where appropriate, and verify wheel alignment and travel after installation. Not intended for non-RC applications.

Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Will these require trimming or modification to fit?

The mounts are machined to KC10 dimensions and normally fit without trimming; always trial-fit and confirm alignment before final tightening.

Do aluminium mounts improve durability?

Aluminium is less prone to deformation than plastic under normal hobby use, so you can expect improved resistance to lateral flex, though impacts and incorrect hardware will still affect lifespan.

Can upper and lower parts be interchanged?

The upper and lower mounts are machined for their respective positions on the KC10; fit them as supplied for correct axle location.
