What the MR-04 RWD Readyset Offers

This Kyosho readyset comes fully assembled on the MR-04 RWD chassis, designed for indoor electric RC driving and progressive tuning. The ready-finished JAGUAR XJR-14 No.4 LM 1991 body is pre-mounted for display and immediate running after battery installation.

Engineering updates on the MR-04 include a reduced centre of gravity and revised steering geometry that make steering response more linear compared with the MR-03. The chassis uses 3 mm inner-diameter ball bearings in key positions and updated knuckles to cut rotational friction. A geared differential is fitted for consistent corner behaviour and ball bearings minimise drivetrain losses.

The readyset focuses on MINI-Z racer body compatibility. Be aware the optional LED light unit MZW429R sold separately cannot be installed on the supplied Jaguar shell. For drivers seeking better directional control, the optional MZW711 gyro can be mounted and its sensitivity tuned with the chassis volume control.

To operate the model, insert 4 x AAA alkaline cells into the car and 4 x AAA alkaline or Ni-MH cells into the Syncro KT-531P transmitter. Set trims and steering rates as required; the vehicle defaults to a training mode for reduced speed. A broad selection of MINI-Z optional parts is available for chassis and handling tuning.
