Engine Seal Designed for KE15SP

The Kyosho 74033-03 head gasket provides the sealing surface required for dependable KE15SP operation. It helps stop leaks and keeps compression consistent during runs and tuning sessions.

Compatibility with FW06 Platforms

This part is optimised for KE15SP but can suit some FW06 chassis where head geometry aligns. Its precise cut helps maintain engine efficiency and reduces the need for frequent service.

Practical Fitment Notes

For best results, wipe down and degrease the head and block faces before installing the new gasket. Fit the gasket centrally and tighten the head screws in stages for an even clamping force.

RCJAZ have been my go to for all my Kyosho FW06 parts. They are very communicative and notify me of orders or any items that need to be back-ordered, They also ship out other items of the order if they waiting for other items in your order to be stocked w
Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The Kyosho 74033-03 will seal standard and mildly tuned KE15SP engines. For heavily modified heads check that porting or machining has not altered sealing surfaces.
Remove old gasket residue, grease and dirt with a suitable cleaner, then dry the surfaces. A clean, dry mating surface is key to a good seal.
Usually no additional sealant is needed if the surfaces are flat and clean. Only use compatible sealants if the surface condition calls for it.
Reusing gaskets is not recommended. Replace the gasket whenever the head is removed to ensure proper sealing and avoid future leaks.
