This C-hub flange set is a direct spare for the KC10 chassis, supplied as a 4 pcs pack to replace worn or damaged steering flange components on RC on-road models. The part focuses on restoring correct steering geometry and maintaining consistent steering response after impacts or long-term wear.

Compatibility: strictly designed for the KC10 chassis, refer to your chassis parts list before installation to confirm fit. No other chassis compatibility is implied.

Installation notes: remove the lower arm and support the steering knuckle before exchanging the flange, keep track of any shims or spacers removed, and reuse the original mounting hardware where possible. Tighten fasteners to a firm feel without over-torquing, and inspect linkage alignment after installation.

Tuning role: replacing a damaged C-hub flange returns the intended pivot point and reduces unwanted steering play, which helps retain predictable toe and caster behavior during setup adjustments. Is special tooling required to fit the CL031?

Only basic hand tools are needed: remove the lower arm, support the knuckle, and swap the flange. Ensure you keep any shims and hand-tighten fasteners before final torque checks.

Will the new flange change steering geometry?

If fitted using the original shims and correct mounting hardware, the replacement flange restores the original geometry. Deviations occur if shims are omitted or hardware differs from the factory parts.

What does the pack include?

The product is supplied as a set of four flanges so you can replace both left and right positions on one axle of the KC10 chassis.
