The Kyosho FAB702B Chevy Chevelle SS 454 LS6 is an unpainted 1/10 scale body intended for modders who want classic styling. It includes chrome-detail components, decal sheets and a masking sheet to simplify paint work.

Authenticity and Detail

The mould reproduces the 1970 Chevelle lines and accepts LED-ready light buckets for extra realism. When you pair it with the optional 97054 LED set you can add four headlights and two tail lights for night runs or show builds.

This body sits on a 274mm wheelbase and measures 490mm x 207mm x 117mm overall. It suits most standard 1/10 scale platforms but always verify body post alignment and servo clearance before committing to mounts.

What paints work best on this body?

Polycarbonate spray paints formulated for RC bodies give the best adhesion and flexibility. Apply thin coats and use the masking sheet provided to protect trim areas.

Do chrome parts come fitted?

Chrome-plated trim parts are supplied in the kit but are not pre-installed. Fit them after painting for the cleanest results.

Can I run this on track and club meets?

Yes, when mounted correctly this body is suitable for display and casual track use. Check that body mounts and electronics have adequate clearance for rough surfaces.

Are LEDs easy to install?

LED installation requires basic soldering and trimming to fit the buckets. The optional 97054 kit is designed to work with the LED-ready openings in this body.
