What prep work should I do before painting the FAB709?

Wash the shell with warm water and detergent to remove oils, test-fit and mark mounting and trim lines, then use paints designed for polycarbonate. Thin, even coats give the best finish.

Are there recommended fit adjustments for aggressive tyres or wide rims?

If you run wider tyres or deep dish wheels, allow extra clearance when cutting wheel arches and reposition body mounts if needed. Do trial fits with the intended tyres before final trimming.
