The Kyosho FAW319 is a precision 2.2mm carbon under chassis option (FZD2) made for the Fazer D2 platform. Fitted beneath the factory chassis, it alters flex characteristics to deliver greater rigidity, faster steering feedback and more consistent traction for on-road drift and handling tasks.
This component is intended specifically for the Fazer D2 chassis; it locates using the existing chassis fixings and is compatible with standard on-road items such as servos, ESC and motor while keeping the original layout intact. Major alterations or extra brackets are not part of the normal installation procedure.
From a setup perspective, adding this carbon panel is a chassis-stiffening strategy: pilots use it to cut down unwanted flex, sharpen transient response and stabilise traction through transitions. Drivers should balance the change with shock rates, roll centre adjustments and tyre choices when fine tuning for drift performance.
