Replacement 1st spur housing for FW-06

This replacement 1st spur gear housing is made for the Kyosho FW-06 chassis and supplied as a single spare part for maintenance or repair. It provides the mounting datum and alignment for the gearbox first-stage spur gear.

Its function is to preserve correct axial alignment and mesh so the spur engages reliably after stripping and rebuilding the gearbox. Swapping a worn or damaged housing returns the gear assembly to its original tolerance range and reduces the chance of uneven wear or noise.

To fit this housing remove the gearbox cover and the existing housing and associated fasteners, then install the replacement and reassemble. Confirm proper free rotation and correct mesh clearance before running. Intended for RC-scale use on compatible chassis only.
