Reinforced carbon center plate for MP11

The Kyosho IFW711 carbon center diff plate is supplied as a replacement component for the MP11 chassis range. Fabricated from carbon fiber, the plate locates in the center differential assembly and serves to renew or adjust the structural mating between diff halves and the chassis center section. It is intended as a maintenance and tuning part that focuses on differential mounting integrity and local chassis rigidity.

Fitment is confined to the MP11 layout indicated in the title; no extra compatibility is implied. Prior to fitting, check that your differential housing and gear stack conform to the MP11 configuration. Replacement normally requires opening the center differential, moving the internals and bearings to the new plate, and reassembling while preserving original clearances and hardware positions.

Notes on durability: a carbon center plate can change stiffness around the diff mount points and potentially influence how preload and diff action deliver to the suspension. Consider the plate part of an overall setup strategy rather than a standalone cure for handling problems. After assembly inspect gear mesh, confirm unobstructed rotation, and ensure the plate has adequate clearance from adjacent chassis parts. This text treats the product as an RC spare for MP11-class models.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Carbon fiber is strong but can be brittle under impact. Regular inspection for hairline cracks and avoiding sharp impacts will maximise service life. Replace if any structural damage is visible.
Keep mating surfaces clean, ensure bearings are properly seated, and avoid overtightening fasteners. Periodic checks of screws and clearances help prevent premature wear.
Carbon offers excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio and resists fatigue differently to metals. Longevity depends on application stress, impact frequency, and maintenance rather than material alone.
