The Kyosho IGW057 rear lower suspension plate is sized for the INFERNO GT2 Type-R and serves as a heavy-duty replacement for the stock rear lower part. Made from 7075 aluminium, it is intended to increase the chassis rigidity racers look for on demanding tracks.

Solid Alloy Construction and Finish

This component uses 7075 aluminium to combine durability with reasonable mass. The black anodised coating provides surface protection and helps resist scratches and wear from regular use.

Designed for Straightforward Installation

Engineered to match existing GT2 mounting points, the plate installs cleanly and helps refine rear traction and steering feedback without complex setup changes.

Is the Kyosho IGW057 a direct bolt-on?

For the INFERNO GT2 Type-R the plate is designed as a direct fit. If you run a different chassis, verify hole patterns and clearances before fitting.

Does the finish need special care?

Wipe the plate clean of dust and grit after runs to protect the anodised surface. Mild soap and water are fine; avoid abrasive cleaners that may dull the finish.

Will this change lap feel on track?

Increasing rear lower stiffness can deliver a firmer rear response and more predictable handling. Combine with suspension tuning to balance overall behaviour.
