Replacement centre differential case tailored to LAZER ZX7.5

This centre differential gear case set is made to fit the LAZER ZX7.5 platform. It replaces the factory diff housing, supports the internal gear train, and preserves gear mesh and alignment inside the drivetrain.

Role in the system: the case locates shafts and bearings, secures the differential internals, and supplies the mounting geometry that controls preload and alignment. Swapping the case is a common maintenance step after crashes or when changing the car setup.

Fitment advice: confirm compatibility with your existing centre diff and gearbox halves before final assembly, clean the mating surfaces and bearings, and then recheck gear mesh and backlash after fitting. Do not perform material removal on adjacent parts unless explicitly guided for the LAZER ZX7.5.

Tuning impact: a new case can change alignment and influence how diff oil and preload behave. After installation, ensure the diff rotates smoothly and there is no binding under torque before using the car.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
This component is specified for the LAZER ZX7.5. Check the chassis identification on your vehicle to ensure compatibility prior to ordering.
You can reuse bearings only if they show no play and are clean. Any worn or pitted bearings should be replaced to guarantee correct seating and smooth differential action.
Indirectly. Because the housing sets alignment, it can affect how the centre diff responds; retune oil weight and preload if you notice handling changes after fitment.
Clean all contact faces and bearings, verify parts for burrs, and assemble on a flat surface. Confirm mesh and rotation before final torque of screws.
