Stiffener explained for LAZER ZX7.5

The Kyosho LA413 Front Stiffener is an aftermarket reinforcement made for the LAZER ZX7.5 platform. It is designed to modify chassis flex characteristics while keeping suspension geometry unchanged.

Functionally, the plate increases front rigidity and affects steering sensitivity, mid-corner balance and transient behaviour. Tuners add this component to limit undesired nose flex, make handling more consistent across runs, and adjust understeer or oversteer tendencies for different track surfaces.

Installation is intended for those familiar with model servicing: it mounts to the vehicle's front bulkhead using existing fixing points. Verify factory hole alignment and appropriate fastener length before final assembly, ensure steering linkages have clearance, and consider threadlocker on metal-to-metal joints. Apply correct torque values for small RC fasteners.

This accessory is sized specifically for the LAZER ZX7.5; confirm compatibility with your ZX7.5 variant before ordering. The component is for tuning and setup use only.

Use the LA413 to precisely alter front stiffness during setup, making incremental changes to isolate its handling impact.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
By changing front stiffness you may shift load distribution; this can alter tyre scrub and wear patterns. Monitor tyre behaviour after fitting and adjust camber or damping as needed.
A basic RC toolkit is sufficient: hex drivers, screwdrivers, and a torque driver for small fasteners. Keep threadlocker and replacement screws handy in case stock fasteners are worn.
Slightly increased steering feedback can change transient loads, but most servos handle the difference. Check servo travel and horn clearance after installation.
Tuners often combine the LA413 with front shock or bar changes to fine-tune balance. Make one change at a time to track its effect.
