Upgrade plate for tighter steering feel on ZX7.5

The Kyosho LA425 aluminum steering plate serves as a scale replacement specifically for the LAZER ZX7.5 steering assembly. Fully machined from aluminum and anodized for wear resistance, it is intended where a firmer metal interface is desirable compared with the stock component.

Designed to interface with ZX7.5 steering parts, this plate supports standard steering geometry tuning. Fitting the unit involves removing the original plate and steering linkages, preserving the existing mounting points, and refitting the new plate with standard hardware; basic hex drivers are normally sufficient. There are no servo, ESC, or motor adjustments required.

From a tuning perspective the LA425 provides a steadier mounting platform for the bellcrank and linkages, making toe and caster changes behave more predictably. It is a practical option for enthusiasts seeking consistent handling when track conditions vary.

Pick this plate if you want a robust metal steering interface for LAZER ZX7.5 setups and a straightforward way to stabilise steering geometry.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Check your chassis designation is ZX7.5 and compare mounting hole positions with the LA425 template or images to ensure compatibility.
The anodized finish is ready to use; after installation confirm linkage freeplay and re-centre the servo horn but no additional finishing steps are required.
Stock fasteners often fit, but if threads show wear or you prefer stainless hardware for corrosion resistance, upgrade the screws while maintaining the ZX7.5 mounting pattern.
The increased stiffness reduces flex at the bellcrank, which helps maintain consistent steering geometry and precision over extended sessions.
