This Kyosho MBW020 shaft is supplied as a replacement pivot for aluminium suspension mounts on Mini-Z style assemblies, using a titanium coating to promote cleaner, lower-friction movement.

Function: the titanium layer reduces contact friction in the mount bore, aiding smoother articulation and more consistent rebound behavior under compression and extension cycles.

Compatibility & fit: designed for aluminium suspension mounts; confirm the shaft dimensions against your chassis before installing to ensure proper fit in your Mini-Z style setup.

Installation & tuning role: fit the MBW020 in place of the stock shaft after removing the suspension arm, then check rotation and free travel; tuning changes should focus on minor damping or preload tweaks since the part mainly improves smoothness and repeatability rather than changing spring characteristics.
