Lightweight 16T Aluminium Pinion

An aftermarket 16-tooth aluminium motor gear designed for use with Kyosho Mini Inferno models and supplied as a single unit. This metal pinion is intended as a direct replacement where a more durable option than stock plastic is required for everyday use or light tuning work.

The aluminium construction gives improved abrasion resistance over plastic while keeping rotating mass low for small-scale vehicles. It fits any application accepting a 16T motor gear and mounts on the motor pinion shaft of compatible Mini Inferno chassis.

Fitting guidance: check shaft diameter and ensure correct mesh with the spur gear before first run, verify alignment to prevent uneven wear, and fit the single supplied piece. Swapping pinions is an effective method to experiment with gear ratios and acceleration characteristics on compact RC cars.
