This aftermarket alloy holder is made to fit Kyosho Mini Inferno ST and Mini Inferno chassis as a direct replacement for the standard battery retainers. The kit features alloy mounts along with locating pins and E-clips to secure the battery on the mini chassis and is sold as a 1pr set.
Installation notes: the unit locates into the chassis battery tray and is fixed with the supplied pins and E-clips; common pin pliers and a small hex driver will handle the job. Switching the plastic retainers for alloy mounts gives firmer seating and repeatable placement without altering wiring routes or main mounting points.
Tuning role: by holding the battery consistently this mount helps when you are dialling in weight distribution or organising cable runs on the Mini Inferno platform.
