This is an RC-grade alloy servo mount made to suit Kyosho Mini Inferno ST and Mini Inferno chassis, offered as a 1pc set identified as MIF024H. It is intended for use with Hitec servos and ships with the mounting screws and shims required to centre and level the servo.
The purpose is simple: swap out the factory plastic mount for a firmer aluminium point of attachment to improve repeatable servo position during setup and while tuning steering geometry. The included shims let you tweak servo height and centring without adding custom spacers.
Installation outline: remove the original mount from the Mini Inferno, position the alloy mount in the same place and fasten using the supplied screws. Verify screw alignment and shim selection before final torque to prevent binding the output spline. Confirm servo case size and spline match the mount before final assembly.
Practical tips: the mount reduces mounting flex, helping steering trims settle and endpoints stay consistent. This part is for RC model use only.
