Rear tower upgrade for Mini Inferno ST

This aluminium rear shock tower is supplied as model MIF-ST06/BU and fits the Kyosho Mini Inferno ST chassis. The part substitutes the stock plastic tower with a metal mount that secures the rear shocks and linkage to a more rigid interface.

Function and fit are straightforward: it uses the existing Mini Inferno ST shock bosses and factory fasteners, preserving the original geometry while changing how the rear mount flexes. Installing an aluminium tower will modify rear suspension response under load, influencing roll control and shock leverage without altering internal damper or spring characteristics.

Fitting advice: the tower installs on the same chassis points as the factory item so no permanent chassis changes should be needed. After installation check linkage alignment and ensure the shocks have full travel and do not contact the body. For setup, experiment with the different mounting holes to dial in more or less roll and to shift balance fore or aft.
