Machined aluminium swing shaft for Mini-Z AWD drivetrains

This machined aluminium shaft replaces stock steel or polymer swing shafts in Kyosho Mini-Z AWD setups to improve repeatability under load. It acts as the rotating connector between differential outputs and helps maintain drivetrain alignment during acceleration and cornering.

Installation notes: remove the MR-03 AWD gearbox cover and surrounding retainers to access the swing shaft. Inspect existing bushes or ball bearings, fit the new shaft with the correct orientation, and verify the mesh clearance with the spur and pinion before completing reassembly.

Tuning role: an aluminium swing shaft lowers flex compared with softer originals and creates a consistent datum when adjusting gear mesh, suspension tune or drivetrain preload. This item is intended to refine driveability and simplify maintenance rather than boost motor output.
