This heavy-duty replacement shaft is intended for Kyosho Mini-Z AWD cars and is offered as AWD-02/HD. It serves as a direct upgrade to worn or standard swing shafts, improving fit and cutting down play in the AWD drivetrain.

Functionally the shaft does three jobs: it restores proper axle geometry after wear, gives a firmer seating point to reduce lash, and supports stable handling when you adjust gearing or suspension. It is supplied as a single part to integrate with existing Mini-Z AWD drivetrain pieces and bearings.

Fitting is simple for anyone used to Mini-Z maintenance: remove the old shaft, inspect the mating bearings and cups, fit the replacement, and confirm free rotation across the operating range. Check axle alignment and follow chassis torque specs to prevent binding. Use thread-lock only where the original design calls for it.
