Mini-Z F1 front toe upgrade

A compact front toe in/out linkage created for Mini-Z F1 scalers, supplied as the MKF-02/-2. The part locks the front hubs to a -2 degree toe setting to alter steering feel and mid-corner behaviour on short technical layouts.

Supplied as a direct-replacement tuning item, the linkage is intended to replace the factory front toe connector and give a predictable handling change: increased initial turn-in or smoother transitional balance from negative toe without altering servo mounting or rack geometry. It is an aftermarket accessory for compatible Mini-Z F1 chassis only.

Fitment is simple for anyone familiar with Mini-Z maintenance: remove the front hub as required, fit the MKF-02/-2 in place of the stock link, and recheck wheel alignment on a level surface. Ensure all fasteners are tight and steering travel remains free. Typical small hex drivers used on Mini-Z cars are sufficient.

Setup tips: -2 degrees usually sharpens corner entry and can reduce understeer on low grip surfaces, though you may see some loss of straight-line stability. Combine changes gradually with tyre choice and suspension trim to find the best lap time compromise.

For club nights and tight indoor tracks where a snappier front response is wanted, this fixed -2 degree linkage is a practical swap for Mini-Z F1 drivers seeking predictable steering changes.

After fitting, check toe and steering throw; a short track test will show if small endpoint or trimming tweaks are required.
The linkage affects the steering assembly, not the body; confirm there is no body interference with steering travel on your specific build.
Tyre choice interacts with toe; consider testing grippier or softer tyres to complement the increased entry bite from negative toe.
Many racers use fixed toe parts for specific tracks; evaluate on practice laps and keep the original link for quick reversion if needed.
