Tune Front Camber on Your MR-04

The Kyosho MZW702B Camber Knuckle Set has been created for the MR-04 Mini-Z family to make front-end setup easier. With selectable camber options from 1° through 3°, you can tailor steering and tyre contact to suit different track surfaces.

Adjustable Camber for Practical Setups

Changing camber influences turn-in, mid corner balance and exit traction. The MZW702B package contains left and right knuckles for 1, 2 and 3 degree settings so you can test changes quickly at the track or on the bench.

Fitting Tips for Club Racers

Installation is straightforward but ensure all mounting hardware is secure and moving parts are free of binding. Recheck camber after any heavy bump to keep lap times consistent.

This kit targets the MR-04 layout. Older or different chassis may not match the mounting or steering geometry, so verify fitment before purchase.

Will changing camber affect tyre wear?

Yes, increased negative camber can concentrate wear on the inner edge. Test settings gradually and monitor tyres to find a balance between grip and longevity.

Do I need special tools to swap knuckles?

Basic RC tools are enough: small hex drivers and a wrench. Work on a clean bench and keep track of small parts while you swap settings.

Is a setup change required after installing the MZW702B?

After fitting, check toe and steering feel and make minor adjustments to shocks or camber to reclaim handling balance. A quick test run will highlight any tweaks needed.
