The V3R-0859 Delrin 59-tooth spur is supplied as a direct replacement for Kyosho V One RRR and V One RRR Evo 1/10 electric touring car drivetrains. Delrin material helps reduce internal friction and gives a stable surface for the pinion to engage the spur.

Installation is aimed at experienced model builders: remove the gearbox cover, replace the existing spur with the Delrin 59T unit, then set pinion to spur engagement. Use the donor gear hardware and check rotation by hand to confirm there is no binding. Fine tuning of shims and motor position will reduce audible whine and wear.

Intended as a tuning component, this spur alters driveline feel and efficiency rather than final gearing. Verify the 59-tooth specification, bore diameter and mounting pattern against your current spur before fitting to avoid fitment issues.
