Reinforced 22-tooth second gear for V One RRR

The V3R-0822 is a hardened 22T aluminium second gear intended for Kyosho V One RRR and V One RRR Evo 1/10 touring car gearboxes. It replaces worn second gears with a material selected to provide improved surface hardness over standard alloy replacements.

Fitment follows standard gearbox procedures: remove the case, extract the existing second gear and bearings as required, then press the replacement onto the shaft or into the carrier using appropriate tools. After installation, set correct mesh and endplay, inspect bearings, and perform a short low-power run-in.

This 22T hardened aluminium part is primarily a service and durability upgrade; it is chosen when teeth show wear or when a harder tooth surface is preferred to handle higher mileage or heavier drivetrain stress during competitive running.
