Lower front titanium pivot for V One SIII and RRR

This front lower suspension pin is supplied as model V3R-035B for the KYOSHO V One RRR, V One SIII and V One RRR Evo 64 chassis. Constructed in titanium, the pin acts as the lower pivot point in the front suspension, giving improved corrosion resistance and longevity compared with stock steel pins.

Functionally the part locates the lower arm to the hub carrier or upright. It is commonly used when worn pins permit excess play that alters steering response. Fitment follows standard model-level service steps and does not need specialised vehicle tools.

Fit notes: remove the front uprights and lower arms as per your chassis service routine, drive out the existing pin, press in the titanium replacement with correct orientation and reinstall the original retaining hardware. Verify suspension travel and wheel alignment before track use. Use minimal light lubricant on mating areas to help assembly while avoiding heavy greases that trap dirt.

Tuning notes: replacing the front lower pin can reduce unwanted pivot movement under load and so sharpen steering consistency during braking and cornering. Include this part in a wider suspension check covering bushings, bearings and arm geometry for best results.

The pin is listed for the V One RRR, V One SIII and V One RRR Evo 64; check the pinned dimensions on your conversion to ensure identical length and diameter before fitting.
No special retainers are normally required; reinstall the original retaining hardware and confirm secure fit. If your retainers are damaged, replace them with equivalent parts.
A light polymer or dust-resistant oil on mating surfaces can ease assembly and reduce initial friction, but avoid heavy greases that collect dirt.
