The Kyosho OTW124 Rear Shock Spring Set gives OPTIMA owners three spring stiffness choices so you can tweak the rear suspension to match track conditions. Changing springs is a quick way to influence balance and traction without major setup changes.

Pick Springs to Match the Surface

Use soft springs when you need more wheel compliance on rough or carpet sections, medium for mixed conditions, and hard when running on smooth asphalt or carpet where roll control is priority.

Built for OPTIMA, Fits Easily

These springs are produced to suit Kyosho OPTIMA rear shock assemblies and slip on with no special tools. They provide an uncomplicated route to better rear-end behaviour.
Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.

Will these springs change my rear roll speed?

Yes. Moving to a stiffer spring reduces roll and quickens response, while softer springs increase roll and make the rear more forgiving.

Do I need different spring collars or spacers?

No extra collars are usually required for OPTIMA rear shocks, as the springs are designed to work with the stock shock hardware.

Are these springs durable for club racing?

The springs are built for regular club use. Inspect for wear or deformation after heavy running and replace if any change in shape or performance appears.
